The Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley is looking for their next Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team!
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
  • A hospitable and friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to guest service.
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred; on-site training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
  • Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
