About the Role:
As a Crumbl Baker, you're the magic behind the cookies! You'll be mixing, baking, and presenting our signature cookies with precision, care, and consistency — all while bringing positive energy and top-tier service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Bake and prepare Crumbl cookies according to brand standards and weekly rotating menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas
- Accurately follow recipes and portion controls
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (mixers, ovens, timers, etc.
- Package cookies with care and attention to presentation
- Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory restocking
- Provide excellent customer service when needed (register, greeting, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
