The StrategyManagerwillfacilitateand traffic theday-to-dayexecution of the overall owned media marketing planvia email,SMS,andapppush.This individual willassistin cross channel strategy, performance reporting,and communicate with internal and external marketing partners to ensure all aspects of the strategy are executed efficiently and on time. Additionally, this individualmaintainsa current understanding of email,SMS,andapppushbest practices and applies them to the execution of our campaigns.The position will report to the Senior Manager, Owned Media Strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product Marketing,Marketing Strategy and Promotion teams to ensure all priorities are supported in digital owned channels(email,SMS,adapppush)
  • Review/approve email briefs prior to kick-off
  • Lead creative kick off and audit of email campaigns
  • Lead personalization efforts including tracking of projects from kickoff to completion
  • Pull andinterpretemail analytics and data
  • Leverage data to prioritize initiatives, buildprojectionsand select audience segments
  • Review and approve email subject lines and app messages
  • Project manage special projectsbased onbusiness priorities
  • SupportSr.Manager inmaintainingrelationships withloyalty,site merchants,creative, coding,e-commerceand IT
  • Stay up to date on the latest email marketing trends and industry best practices
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired
  • 2-4 years’ experience in marketing; retail marketing setting preferred
  • Ability to plan digital strategies and convert into actionable campaigns
  • Passionate about marketing and understands email/app/SMSmarketing concepts
  • Strong communicationskills; both oral and written
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Ability to work independently, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, energetic,inquiringand investigative mind
  • Experience setting up data and reporting structuresutilizingmultiple tools within the MS Office Suite(i.e.visualizing data in excel using hosted files onSharePoint; data manipulation, macros,chartsand pivot tables)
  • Experience withAttentiveis a plus
