  • Competitive Health Insurance including Medical, Dental, and Vision for full-time employees
  • 401k with a generous company match
  • PTO after just 30 days for Full-time individuals
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid Sick leave and Bereavement for FT/PT employees
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Strong potential and room for growth with an Individualized Leadership Plan for every team member
  • Paid hands-on training opportunities

Responsibilities

Email and Direct Mail Campaign Execution

  • Build, test, schedule, and send branded email campaigns and automated journeys in Cinch from approved lifecycle plans, including welcome, cross-sell, win-back, referral, seasonal, and customer education programs.

  • Design and maintain reusable email templates with clear hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and a strong customer experience; make light copy and design adjustments when needed.

  • Set up links, personalization, audience rules, suppression lists, UTM tags, tests, proofs, and approvals before scheduling or launching a campaign.

  • Support direct mail campaigns by adapting approved templates, coordinating audience lists and proofs, and managing production and delivery timelines with Cinch or other partners.

Social Media Content and Community

  • Translate the strategy, messaging priorities, and editorial direction provided by the Managing Editor and Marketing leadership into a practical social media calendar.

  • Create, edit, schedule, and publish platform-appropriate posts, short-form videos, reels, stories, and carousels using customer stories, technician content, articles, branch updates, recruiting stories, FoxGiving work, and campaign assets.

  • Create clean, on-brand graphics and templates in Canva or Adobe tools and complete light photo and video editing for social channels; partner with Creative Marketing when a campaign requires higher-production work.

  • Work with branch teams, employees, and customers to gather raw stories, field content, photos, videos, permissions, and other assets, then package them into useful social content.

  • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and reviews; respond when appropriate and route customer service concerns to the correct team.

  • Maintain an organized content library, publishing calendar, approval process, and record of usage rights so content can be reused safely and efficiently.

Micro-Influencer and Creator Program

  • Build and manage Fox's micro-influencer program, including creator research, outreach, vetting, onboarding, campaign briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate creator content, usage permissions, promotional codes, landing pages, and payment documentation with internal teams and partners.

  • Track creator performance using links, UTMs, promo codes, leads, sales, engagement, and content quality, then recommend which partnerships to expand, adjust, or discontinue.

Paid Social Advertising

  • Build, launch, and manage straightforward paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and other approved platforms using established goals, budgets, offers, and brand standards.

  • Create and test audiences, copy, creative variations, placements, and calls to action for branch growth, lead generation, recruiting, and other business priorities.

  • Use campaign UTMs and available performance data, partnering with Digital Marketing on landing pages, pixels, conversion tracking, and advanced attribution.

  • Monitor spend and performance, make informed optimizations, and provide clear campaign recaps and recommendations.

Measurement, Collaboration, and Campaign Management

  • Maintain content and campaign calendars, project timelines, status updates, documentation, and approval records across social, influencer, email, and direct mail work.

  • Report on meaningful channel and campaign outcomes, including content output, reach, engagement, audience growth, leads, sales, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.

  • Work closely with Creative Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, branch teams, IT, Business Analytics, and outside vendors to keep campaigns moving.

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of hands-on experience in email marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role, or equivalent demonstrated ability.

  • A strong portfolio with examples of branded social content you personally created, published, or managed.

  • Experience building, testing, and sending campaigns in an email marketing, CRM, or customer engagement platform; experience with Cinch is not required.

  • Experience creating platform-specific posts, including short-form video, graphics, captions, reels, stories, and carousels.

  • Some hands-on experience building or managing paid social campaigns, especially in Meta Ads Manager.

  • Working ability in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools, plus basic photo and video editing skills.

  • Strong writing, editing, organization, and project-management skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage several active projects at once.

  • Comfort reviewing basic social, advertising, email, website, and sales data to evaluate performance and improve future work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or managing an influencer, creator, ambassador, affiliate, user-generated content, or community partnership program.

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, automated customer journeys, audience segmentation, or email personalization.

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, social scheduling tools, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Cinch, or similar platforms.

  • Experience connecting campaigns to leads, customers, revenue, or return on investment in a multi-location, home services, consumer services, subscription, or recurring revenue business.

  • Experience coordinating print or direct mail campaigns with outside vendors.

  • Photography, on-location content capture, interviewing, or more advanced short-form video production skills.
