Position: MSR Distribution Dealer Sales Specialist

Position Summary: 

The Dealer Sales Specialist on our Team provides world-class experience via telephone and e-mail. This position is responsible for interacting through all platforms utilized by MSR Distribution to engage, educate, and sell to Dealer Accounts, thereby growing SKU diversity and upselling existing orders.


Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Perform successful sales activities to achieve company sales objectives while operating with a “self-starter and motivated” mentality.
    • Make and respond to calls and emails.
    • Respond to customer inquiries with knowledgeable, well thought out answers and solutions.
    • Exceed daily call targets.
    • Exceed daily revenue targets.
    • Develop strong relationships with allocated customers.
    • Manage customer escalation calls and provide a complete support process.
    • Maintain and grow product knowledge of our diverse inventory lines.
    • Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements: 

  • A strong background in Sales/Customer Service, with successful experience in high-volume telephone and digital modes of communication, is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Computer literacy and understanding of sales/CRM software.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Firearms and sporting goods-knowledge is required.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Previous sales experience: 2 years preferred.
