Job description

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to represent the company in a professional manner while supporting the operations of the business. The Customer Service Representative will be communicating with customers to resolve issues and answer questions for various departments.

Schedule: Varies per week, expected 20-30 hours for first weeks of training and then 30-40 hours per week once trained depending on needs of business. Weekend/holiday availability required. Start time ranges from 4-6am depending on business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize workflow and ensure that office staff have needs met
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service via phone/email
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Technical capacity (Microsoft suite, especially Excel)
  • Time management
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
