H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) in Washington, DC. The Project manager will provide Information Technology (IT) governance support to the PBGC's Enterprise Governance Department (EGD).
The Project Manager responsibilities will include:
  • Providing Data Governance support in the development, execution, and management of data governance functions.
  • Providing support in developing processes and procedures in the overall integration of IT frameworks.
  • Analyzing new and complex project related problems and creating innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher from an accredited college/university, in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, business or information technology

Required Qualifications / Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • A minimum of five (5) years leading mid- to large-size projects
  • Experience and proficiency with DevSecOps
  • Experience and proficiency with organizational IT processes/procedures/policies

Clearance Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
