Job description

The Email Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing initiatives for the Financial Protection and Retirement Solutions (FPRS). This role will partner closely with leadership across Financial Protection and Retirement Solutions (FPRS) and Client Solutions and Wealth Management (CSWM) Marketing to drive growth through targeted, data-driven lifecycle marketing programs. This individual will play a critical role in translating business goals into scalable email strategies that support our retirement products. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in marketing automation, lifecycle strategy, and campaign execution within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
You Will
  • Collaborate, develop and lead the email marketing strategy for the Financial Protection and Retirement Services (FPRS) business, aligned to broader marketing and growth objectives
  • -Build, scale, design and execute lifecycle email programs across our suite of retirement solutions
  • Translate go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and product launches into targeted email journeys and campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, dynamic content, personalization, testing, deployment, AI solutions, and reporting
  • Partner with Product, Data, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact communications that drive productivity and targeted outcomes
  • Lead optimization of email performance through A/B testing, journey enhancements, and data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain strong data governance practices including segmentation strategy, audience targeting, and data hygiene improvements
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure all communications meet regulatory and brand standards
  • Support the development of scalable marketing automation infrastructure and email best practices
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to evolve email strategy accordingly

You Have
  • -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • - 5-8+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Experience working within wealth management, financial services, or a highly regulated industry
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
  • Strong technical proficiency with AMPscript and SQL
  • Strong command of lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration
  • Proven experience enabling sales and supporting go-to-market efforts through email
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong eye for best-in-class email design and quick to catch rendering issues
  • Deep knowledge of email best practices, including deliverability, HTML, and personalization
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities

Salary Range:
$82,770.00 - $135,975.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
