The ideal candidate will coordinate across Marketing, Product, Sales and Professional Services to drive pipeline, accelerate revenue and strengthen ICE's market position in the mortgage space.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an early-career marketer to build hands-on experience across the full B2B marketing funnel. They will quickly come up to speed on ICE's mortgage products, the market, our customers and the competitive landscape-and translate that knowledge into campaigns and materials that clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Growth marketing and demand generation
    • Support end-to-end webinar program execution-content coordination, speaker logistics, promotion, day-of execution and post-event follow-up-to drive qualified pipeline.
    • Help plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, industry publications) aligned to quarterly pipeline targets.
    • Assist with ad creative development and execution, ensuring brand consistency and performance tracking across all paid placements.
    • Build and refine demand generation assets including landing pages, email nurture sequences and conversion components.
    • Pull, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (CPL, MQL, pipeline contribution, ROI) and surface data-driven optimization opportunities.
    • Coordinate with internal creative teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
    • Support organic search efforts by coordinating website updates and keyword optimization.
    • Review and edit campaign copy for accuracy, brand voice and consistency with messaging frameworks
  • Cross-functional coordination
    • Serve as a connection point across Marketing, Product, Sales, Professional Services and field teams-aligning marketing campaigns to shared revenue goals.
    • Coordinate with event marketing teams on conference activations, sponsorships and co-marketing opportunities.
    • Partner with Product to understand roadmap updates and support market-ready messaging and launch materials.

Knowledge and Experience
  • BA or BS degree and/or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years in B2B technology marketing, with exposure to product marketing and/or growth/demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience supporting paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic) with measurable pipeline impact, or a strong eagerness to build that experience.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting webinar programs-from planning through execution and performance reporting.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials such as presentations and one-pagers.
  • Strong analytical mindset-comfortable working with campaign data, pulling reports and translating metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills-able to distill complex products into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working with Sales, Product and senior team members.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel, up to 10%.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience
  • Early-career experience in the mortgage, real estate or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with ICE Mortgage Technology products (MSP, Encompass, Surefire, Velocify, Data & Analytics).
