Job description:
• We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with Architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations aligned with business needs
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
• Implement and enhance HRSD Case Management, HR Services, HR Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, and Knowledge.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and email integrations.
• Support CMDB, Discovery awareness, and data integrity for ITSM processes.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD implementations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center customization.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Certification - CSA ( Mandatory ), CIS - ITSM, HRSD ( Preferred)
