Job description



Seeking a dedicated, collaborative, creative, and data-driven marketer to lead one of our key revenue channels. This role will own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for our luxury travel company, driving customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue through highly personalized, high-performing email campaigns.

The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, storyteller, strategist, and analyst. They will oversee the full email lifecycle, from building the campaign calendar and identifying the most compelling content opportunities to audience segmentation, campaign execution, performance optimization, and executive reporting. They understand how to tell compelling brand stories while maintaining a sharp focus on performance and revenue outcomes. They thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively across teams, and are energized by testing, learning, and continuously improving results to build business and grow customer relationships.

This leader will partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales and Service Excellence, Business Intelligence, CRM, and IT teams to ensure every email reflects our brand standards, delivers measurable business impact, and creates a seamless customer journey.


Key Responsibilities

Email Strategy and Campaign Planning

  • Own and lead the end-to-end email marketing strategy across acquisition, nurture, retention, and revenue-driving campaigns for prospects, guests, and travel agents
  • Develop and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the brand calendar
  • Identify high-performing content themes, campaign opportunities, and messaging strategies that resonate with our audiences; establish campaign priorities that balance brand storytelling with revenue goals
  • Campaign Execution, Creative Oversight, and Testing
  • Oversee the development and execution of email campaigns from concept through deployment
  • Review and approve all email creative, messaging, and campaign assets to ensure alignment with Four Seasons brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Partner with key stakeholders to gather feedback and secure approvals prior to launch
  • Work closely with email developers to build and deploy personalized email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; ensure final builds align with creative vision and technical standards
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies across subject lines, messaging, design, CTAs, send times, and audience segmentation
  • Establish rigorous QA processes to ensure flawless execution across devices, inboxes, and customer journeys
  • Audience Segmentation and Personalization
  • Define target audiences for campaigns based on behavioral data, lifecycle stage, geography, customer preferences, and business objectives
  • Lead our dynamic content approach, conceptualizing personalized modules that scale across campaigns
  • Build segmentation strategies that improve personalization, engagement, and conversion
  • Partner with CRM and analytics teams to continuously refine audience targeting Analytics, Reporting, and Revenue Performance
  • Own email channel performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, lead generation, revenue contribution, unsubscribe rates, and customer engagement metrics
  • Measure email ROI and establish attribution models to understand campaign impact on revenue; use Tableau and analytics tools to generate insights, track performance, and refine strategy
  • Present weekly performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve future campaign performance
  • Partner closely with Sales Excellence team to ensure qualified leads generated through email campaigns are effectively routed and followed up on
  • Monitor lead flow and collaborate on strategies to improve lead quality and conversion


Qualifications, Skills, & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of email marketing experience, with demonstrated success managing and driving revenue through high-performing email programs
  • Experience in ultra-luxury, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, cruise, or premium consumer brands preferred
  • Creative content mindset with the ability to craft compelling and personalized narratives for affluent audiences.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) highly preferred
  • Highly self-motivated and a strong team player with cross-functional leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization; SQL familiarity a
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring ROI, attribution, and campaign performance
