Customer Support Specialist Oklahoma City, OKMonday-Friday | Day Shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)$15.00 per Hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries through email communication, resolving order issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.If you're organized, computer-savvy, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries primarily through email
  • Process customer claims involving damaged, defective, or lost shipments
  • Research and resolve order issues accurately and professionally
  • Enter and update customer information in company systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet quality, productivity, and response time expectations
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Strong written communication and grammar
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous e-commerce, retail, logistics, or order processing experience is a plus
  • Experience with claims, returns, or shipping issues is helpful but not required
