B2B Marketing Specialist – Email & Digital Marketing
Location: Macon, GA | On-Site
Compensation: $52,000–$60,000/year DOE

First Call Direct Hire Professional Division is recruiting a B2B Marketing Specialist – Email & Digital Marketing for a growing organization in Macon, GA.

This is a hands-on marketing position supporting email and digital campaigns, content development, social media, website content, marketing analytics, supplier marketing programs, and trade shows.

The ideal candidate has professional marketing experience with hands-on experience or working knowledge of email campaign development and execution. HubSpot experience is preferred but not required. Candidates who have used other email marketing or marketing automation platforms will also be considered.

This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating engaging content, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing results, and contributing across several areas of marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly marketing campaigns and maintain the marketing calendar.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, content, audience segmentation, scheduling, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Use HubSpot or similar email marketing/marketing automation platforms to support campaigns.
  • Create content for the company's LinkedIn business page and other digital channels.
  • Maintain and update website content, product literature, line sheets, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate trade shows and industry events, including vendor communication, marketing materials, shipments, attendee coordination, and event logistics.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and marketing metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Professional marketing experience.
  • Experience or strong working knowledge of email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, content, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement, or another email marketing or marketing automation platform is preferred.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content creation, social media, or marketing campaign coordination.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn business pages or company social media accounts is preferred.
  • Experience updating website content through a content management system (CMS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • B2B marketing experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, technical, or distribution environments is a plus.
  • Trade show coordination experience is preferred.
