Now Hiring: Maintenance Team Member

Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Wage: Hourly wage starts at $32.00 per hour based on experience. A $1.50 shift premium is added for Night Shift.

Primary Functions:

The Maintenance Team is responsible for conducting preventive and predictive maintenance activities, as well as repairing production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks as outlined in the preventive maintenance system.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as required.
  • Comply with all Company, Plant, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and plant personnel, both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Understand and adhere to EPC's environmental directives.
  • Be aware of and minimize the environmental impact associated with their division.


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing production environment.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system repairs.
  • Proficiency in working with robotic systems and PLCs.
  • Strong electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting 480V 3-phase systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid forklift license.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular and prompt attendance is required.
  • Must be physically able to:
    • Move throughout the plant
    • Stand or walk for extended periods
    • Lift up to 70 lbs.
    • Bend, twist, kneel, and climb as necessary
