Job Summary
The Department of Neurology at UC Davis Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join our growing clinical team. This is a 100% clinical position dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered neurological care within a leading academic health system.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient neurological services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient population. Areas of subspecialty expertise are welcome and may be supported based on departmental needs and candidate experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
  • Employee shall maintain a current license to practice medicine in the State of California
  • Board Eligible in the specialties identified in the Position Description, if any at the time of appointment.
  • Employee shall maintain a federal DEA license without restrictions, to the extent necessary to render professional medical services pursuant to the job duties and responsibilities set forth in the Position Description.
  • Employee shall be an active member in good standing with full privileges of the Medical Staff of the University of California, Davis Health System ("UCDH") or other hospitals where the Department Chair assigns work.
  • Employee shall maintain the ability to render professional medical services, unimpaired by drug or alcohol use, injury, illness, or mental incompetency, subject to the University's obligations and the Employee's rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation of 1973, and similar state law concerning discrimination on the basis of disability, to the extent applicable.
  • Employee must abide by the UCD Health Science Campus Professional Fee Billing Compliance Plan. Failure to maintain these qualifications will lead to immediate termination of the Employment Contract.
