ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I began my career with State Farm in 2009 and have proudly served the Northern Virginia community as an agent since 2011. Over the years, we've built an agency centered around strong relationships, great service, and being an active part of the community we serve. We support local small businesses and enjoy finding ways to give back, including collecting toys for local children through Toys for Tots during the holidays.
Our agency offers a strong commitment to work-life balance, with no weekends or late nights. Team members have at least five opportunities throughout the year to earn performance-based bonuses, giving hard work plenty of opportunities to be recognized and rewarded. We also provide company clothing two to three times per year and keep our break room stocked with snacks, refreshments, and coffee.
Our culture is young, close-knit, collaborative, and performance-driven. We believe in working hard, celebrating wins, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work. From team outings and holiday parties to ongoing incentives and opportunities to earn additional rewards, we make a point to recognize the people who contribute to our success.
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team-not simply show up for a job. If you're motivated, positive, accountable, and enjoy working alongside people who support and challenge one another to succeed, you'll fit right in.
