Skin Elixir Clinic in Gilbert, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art clinic located in the heart of Gilbert, AZ. Our facility is designed to provide a comfortable and efficient experience for both patients and staff. You will work alongside dermatologists and other healthcare professionals committed to fostering a collaborative environment. This role includes regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life commitment.

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients presenting with a variety of dermatological conditions, documenting patient histories accurately.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests to make informed clinical decisions regarding patient care.
• Perform various dermatological procedures such as injections, mole removals, and suturing, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and guidelines.
• Maintain meticulous medical records of patient interactions, including charting all clinical transactions according to company protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower them in their health journeys.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare personnel to share insights that aim to enhance clinic operations and patient outcomes.
• Ensure the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to established ethical and legal standards in all interactions.
• Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks and patient needs.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population in Gilbert, AZ, ranging from children to seniors, who seek treatment for various dermatological conditions—acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and cosmetic concerns, among others. As a PA at Skin Elixir Clinic, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful differences in patients' lives, providing tailored treatments and follow-up care that enhance their skin health.

• Must possess a valid Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a practicing PA in dermatology or related fields is preferred.
• Proficient in using medical software and electronic health record systems is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for clear interactions with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact constructively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
• Flexibility, integrity, and a commitment to patient-focused care are essential attributes.

• Experience in a dermatology clinical setting with direct patient care is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with dermatological procedures and treatments to complement your hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of the latest dermatological advancements to contribute to clinic-led educational sessions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
