Skin Elixir Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada. The work setting is situated within a hospital facility, offering an organized environment complemented by a full support staff. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and document all clinical encounters according to company policies, including writing orders and recording progress notes in electronic health records.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests as necessary, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.
• Perform various dermatological procedures such as administering injections, excising moles, and suturing when required, demonstrating technical proficiency and an eye for detail.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards by maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all legal regulations.
• Engage in patient education, providing counseling to patients and families on treatment options, skin care, and preventative measures to promote overall well-being.
• Effectively communicate with the healthcare team, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive care and address any patient concerns promptly.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment by being receptive to feedback, actively participating in team meetings, and sharing insights with peers and the Medical Director.

In this role, you will provide exceptional care to a broad spectrum of patients, from children to adults dealing with various dermatological concerns. Our clinic focuses on treating conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers, while also offering cosmetic services that enhance patient confidence and quality of life. The supportive and patient-centered environment enhances treatment outcomes and fosters long-term patient relationships.

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physician Assistant in a clinical setting preferred.
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health records and relevant medical software.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, allowing effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility, personal integrity, and teamwork skills.

• Experience in dermatology or a related specialty is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems and practice management software.
• Proven ability to educate patients about preventive dermatological care and treatment plans effectively.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
