This on-site position is embedded within a busy hospital facility, allowing for collaboration with primary care physicians, specialists, and nursing staff. The clinic has a full support team that strives to streamline operations, enabling you to focus primarily on patient care. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

As a Dermatology Physician Assistant at Skin Elixir Clinic, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments by performing physical exams and obtaining health histories.
• Charting clinical patient interactions according to established company policies and procedures, including writing orders and maintaining progress notes.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as blood work, to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Performing various dermatological procedures including but not limited to injections, mole removals, and suturing.
• Maintaining strict patient confidentiality while complying with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Educating patients and families about dermatological conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborating with the Medical Director by communicating staff suggestions or concerns related to patient care.
• Thriving in a fast-paced work environment while ensuring high-quality patient interactions and outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution.
• Hold a current CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and various software tools.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Possess interpersonal skills necessary for collaborative teamwork with colleagues and effective interaction with patients.

While we are looking for individuals with a minimum of two years of experience as a practicing Physician Assistant, candidates with specific dermatology experience will be given preference. Your flexibility, integrity, and desire to continue learning in a dynamic environment will enhance your success in this role.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, Skin Elixir Clinic provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
