  • Know how to execute the daily operations control and work with a remote dispatch & command center

  • ENSURE CONSISTENT DELIVERY OF COMPANY STANDARDS OF SERVICE DELIVERY REGARDLESS

Key Responsibilities of this Position Include:

  • Open and close service operations
  • Driver supervision, Safety compliance, Service recovery
  • Work with command center to validate & ensure service readiness and risk mitigation
  • Working with corporate maintenance team to coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure DOT certified maintenance delivery to each vehicle
  • Conduct Validation of driver DOT required Pre and Post Trip inspections
  • Onboarding, evaluating, training, and developing team members
  • Providing continuous training and reinforcement of service, safety, and operational standards
  • Execute on service recovery efforts to minimize service disruptions and passenger impact.
  • Enforce the implementation of all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service delivery across all shifts & services offered
  • Provide excess team member service delivery reviews
  • Lead team to ensuring they Prevent service failures before they impact clients
  • Improve operational performance through proactive intervention & detailed usage of company technological systems.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, ADA, and client-specific operating requirements.
  • Complete operational reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs.
  • Communicate service issues, staffing concerns, and operational risks to management.
  • Lead daily safety meetings, shift briefings, and operational communications.
  • Experience with basic vehicle maintenance services


Key Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 1 DOT transportation, dispatch, shuttle, transit, parking, logistics, or operations experience
  • Minimum 1 year possession of DOT license with Passenger endorsement
  • Experience Implementing Corporate Service Brand and Service Model to client locations
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • MUST POSSESS STRONG technology skills, written, verbal, organization, and communication skills
