Job description

Your role: 

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Strategic Sales Executive to join our New York office, as part of globally based Strategic Accounts team. This is a high-impact role focused on securing and expanding partnerships within our most prestigious global accounts. Working in the fast-paced Compliance Technology (RegTech) space, you will help global firms navigate complex regulatory landscapes by introducing them to our market leading cutting-edge AI enabled end to end compliance solutions. You will be responsible for navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and positioning our market leading compliance technology as a mission-critical infrastructure for the world's largest financial institutions and enterprises.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process for high-value strategic accounts, from initial high-level engagement to final contract negotiation.
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies that identify whitespace opportunities and expansion potential within existing Fortune 500 footprints.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-Suite stakeholders (CCOs, CTOs, General Counsel, and COOs), articulating the ROI of automated compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Presales, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure our solutions are tailored to meet the rigorous security and regulatory requirements of global firms.
  • Stay ahead of domestic and international regulatory shifts (e.g. SEC, FINRA, GDPR) to proactively consult clients on future-proofing their operations.
  • Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline, providing detailed forecasting and strategic updates to executive leadership.

About you: 

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience, specifically targeting large-scale financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Deep understanding of the compliance, risk, or legal technology landscape.
  • Proven experience navigating the New York financial hub and managing complex, high-stakes negotiations.
  • A consistent history of meeting or exceeding seven-figure annual quotas and closing multi-year contracts.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles involving legal, procurement, and technical security reviews.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) 
  • Elite presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to command a boardroom.
