Job description

Why Elite โ€“ Where Motivation Meets Community

At Elite Sports Clubs, we believe fitness is more than a workoutโ€”itโ€™s a way to connect, grow, and feel your best in every area of life. Across our four full-service clubs in the Milwaukee area, weโ€™ve created a space where team members and members alike feel energized, welcomed, and inspired.

As a Personal Trainer at Elite, youโ€™ll be part of a team that leads with Professionalism, Ownership, Team, Quality, and Celebrationโ€”our core values that shape every session, every conversation, and every member milestone.
Club Location:ย Brookfieldย ย
Your Game Plan โ€“ Empower, Guide, and Elevate

As a Personal Trainer, youโ€™ll work one-on-one and in small groups with a diverse range of clients to help them reach their goals safely and effectively. Youโ€™ll serve as a coach, motivator, educator, and supporterโ€”delivering high-quality, personalized fitness experiences that go beyond reps and routines.

Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, your role is to create a positive, encouraging environment where members feel seen, supported, and successful.
What Youโ€™ll Be Leading

  • Educate clients on healthy habits, recovery, and movement principles to support long-term success
  • Keep accurate records of client sessions, goals, and feedback
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals by promoting both one-on-one personal training and small group training sessions.

  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skillsโ€”you know how to build trust and bring out the best in people

  • The ability to adapt, communicate clearly, and create a welcoming space for clients of all levels
  • A team-first mindsetโ€”youโ€™re as excited about celebrating your coworkerโ€™s success as your own

Core Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)

  • CPR and AED certified

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred

  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients is a plus

Team Member Experience

At Elite, our team members are more than staffโ€”they're part of the experience. We support one another, share wins, and create an environment thatโ€™s fun, energetic, and driven by connection. Here, youโ€™ll grow your skills, build relationships, and make a difference every day in a workplace rooted in collaboration and care.

Compensation & Perks

We offer a competitive compensation structure based on experience and session volume, plus:
