This full-time position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Bonita Springs, Florida. • Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or disease using a home care model that prioritizes convenience and accessibility.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices to address pain management and mobility enhancement.
• Implement diverse treatment modalities tailored to each patient's specific needs, ensuring their goals are met effectively and empathetically.
• Document treatment sessions meticulously, tracking responses and progress in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment goals and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance and training to patients, caregivers, and families regarding therapy practices and the use of assistive devices.
• Stay informed on advancements in physical therapy through workshops, peer networking, and active participation in professional societies.

As a Physical Therapist at Elite Providence, you will work with a diverse array of patients. Our client base includes children, adults, and seniors, each with unique rehabilitation needs stemming from various conditions such as surgeries, sports-related injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain. Understanding the specific challenges faced by each patient is crucial for designing effective treatment strategies.

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with patients and team members.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation systems.
• A compassionate and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, although recent graduates with clinical rotation experience are welcome to apply. Experience in rehabilitation, particularly in an outpatient or home care setting, is highly desirable.
