Salary & Compensation
  • Family Medicine Base: $268,000 - $363,000 a year (Depending on Experience)
  • Internal Medicine Base: $281,000 - $380,000 a year (Depending on Experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
  • Additional: Monthly performance incentives + 4 hours of weekly protected admin time.

An established, long-standing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Riverside County is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven clinical team.
This position is 100% outpatient with zero nights, zero weekends, and no inpatient round responsibilities. To support clinical wellness and longevity, we offer a highly predictable schedule, dedicated weekly administrative time, and a flexible 32-hour workweek option. Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Residency: Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of California (or eligible to obtain).
  • Credentials: Active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
  • Medical bilingual fluency (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) is highly valued but not required.
