Job description

Job Title

Deliver parts to customers using a company vehicle. Consistently provide elite support standards to customers and relay important information to appropriate staff to ensure quality customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions
  • Aware of warehouse inventory structure to be able to pull customer parts requests as needed.
  • Deliver parts to customer using company vehicle while obeying all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Ensure regular maintenance on assigned vehicle.
  • Report all accidents and traffic violations (personal and professional) to supervisor immediately.
  • Other duties may be assigned as listed job duties are not comprehensive and should not be construed as such. This job description is subject to change.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Customer service focused.
  • Able to speak precisely and clearly.
  • Knowledge of company standards, warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
  • Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
  • Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks.
  • Maintain personal appearance and hygiene to be within company standards.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
