Job Description

The ESA Level 2 shall have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, or Computer Science and shall possess at least 10 years of technical ELINT experience. ELINT collection, processing, or screening experience may account for no more than 2 years of this analysis requirement. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 14 years of technical ELINT analysis experience is required with ELINT collection, processing, or screening experience accounting for no more than 2 years of this technical ELINT analysis requirement. A Master's Degree in the fields as described above may be substituted for 2 years of experience and a Ph.D. in the fields as described above may be substituted for 3 years of experience. In the case of advanced degrees, a minimum of 7 years technical ELINT experience is required and HINT collection, processing, or screening experience may not replace this minimum requirement for technical ELINT experience. Regardless of degree, teaching or development of Technical ELINT related classes can count for no more than 1 year of the technical ELINT analysis requirement.


Salary: $120,000-$160,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
