Business Health Solutions, PC is seekingdedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistants to join our team at the Eli Lilly site in Indianapolis, Indiana. What You'll Do


Candidate will need to be proficient in the following areas:

  • Check vital signs
  • Perform phlebotomy and blood processing
  • POC Testing to include Flu, Strep Mono, Glucose
  • Body composition scale
  • Spirometry
  • Administer injections and immunizations under the supervision of clinical providers.
  • Develop relationships that focus on people and catering to people


Administrative Tasks:

  • Schedule testing appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Answer phones, greet patients, and support front desk coverage
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, take medical histories, perform medication reconciliation, and prepare them for visits
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and scan paperwork into EMR
  • Assist with campaign reviews, prepare testing folders, and restock supplies


Who You Are

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent communicatorcourteous, responsive, and professional
  • Team player who leads with humility and integrity


Preferred Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) certification from an accredited program

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7:15 am4:00 pm
  • Tuesday/Thursday: 5:45 am2:30 pm
