Their job responsibilities include scheduling, planning, and preparing various tasks while maintaining a strong focus on organizational excellence and customer relations. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in time management and possesses computer proficiency to enhance overall productivity and operational effectiveness. Management experience required and elevator experience preferred.Employment Status/Expectations:Full TimeJob Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage schedules for tasks, projects, and elevator technicians, ensuring efficient utilization of time and optimizing workforce allocation. Collaborate with department heads to create timelines and deadlines for various projects.Job Preparation: Oversee the preparation and coordination of resources, materials, and personnel required for specific projects.
