You'll blend creativity, technology, and learning science to design experiences that are not just informative-but unforgettable.
What You'll Do
  • Design high-impact learning experiences across digital, virtual, and instructor-led formats-built for scale and global reach
  • Create market-ready training products for platforms like Coursera, turning ideas and legacy content into compelling modern learning journeys
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex topics into engaging, learner-centered experiences
  • Lead localization and translation efforts, ensuring learning experiences resonate across cultures and languages
  • Leverage emerging technologies (AI tools, microlearning, immersive formats) to elevate learning outcomes and innovation
  • Develop interactive eLearning solutions using tools like Articulate Storyline, incorporating scenarios, assessments, and storytelling

The salary for this position can range from $79,050 - $93,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
