Our customer, an AM Law 100 firm, is looking for a Commercial Transaction Counsel. The secondee will act as an attorney supporting the licensing and product counseling business.

Projected Start Date: September 15, 2025

Duration: 7 months, with the potential to extend

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) / Remote (Must reside and be licensed in Washington)

Must-Haves
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
  • Strong transactional background.
  • Experience in privacy and/or regulatory law.
  • Ability to work independently with high judgment.
  • Experience drafting, structuring, and negotiating technology and commercial agreements.
  • Experience in product counseling for technology products.
  • Familiarity with licensing matters.
  • Experience providing regulatory advice for consumer technology.
Responsibilities
  • Providing product and regulatory advice on new initiatives.
  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology and commercial transactions.
  • Coordinating with international attorneys supporting the digital and device businesses around the globe.
