Head of Finance role leading finance ops and RCM for a $200m+ home infusion franchisee spanning the Midwest. Join as a business partner to the founders, build in a hands-on environment to professionalize the function, earn the CFO title, and drive growth toward a strategic exit.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with business owners and operational leaders to align finance with sales-driven growth strategies, balancing operational discipline without slowing momentum.
  • Transaction Readiness & PE Interface: Ready the finance function and reporting infrastructure for potential private equity deals, acting as a key finance leader through due diligence and exit activities.
