Elephants are the largest land mammals on Earth, known for their distinctive long trunks, large ears, and tusks. They are highly intelligent animals, capable of complex social behaviors, communication, and memory. Elephants play a crucial role in their ecosystems by helping to shape their habitats and disperse seeds. They are protected animals, but face threats from habitat loss and poaching.

Daily collaboration involves jointly developing training plans, monitoring elephants’ health and well-being, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during interactions. Trainers often communicate closely with veterinary staff to monitor for signs of illness or distress and may participate in team meetings to discuss behavioral progress or changes in routine. This collaborative environment helps ensure the highest standard of care and promotes ongoing professional development.
