Dover-Eyota Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for paraprofessional positions for the 2026 2027 school year. These positions will serve Preschool through 5th grade students with Special Education Services.
Position Details
- Position: Paraprofessionals

- Starting Salary: $16 an hour and more depending on experience

Required Licensure
Applicants must have a two year college education, or be able to pass the paraprofessional state testing shortly after hiring.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the special education students PreK-5
- Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
- Collaborate with staff and support teams
- Work under the direction of the elementary principal
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students
