Job description

Event Installation & Breakdown

  • Load, transport, unload, and install event rental equipment at client venues.
  • Set up and break down tables, chairs, tents, staging, drape, linens, dance floors, lighting, and other event equipment.
  • Follow installation layouts and instructions to ensure events are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients and venue staff.
  • Safely handle rental equipment to prevent damage during transportation and installation.

Warehouse Operations

  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
  • Pull, stage, inspect, clean, and prepare equipment for upcoming events.
  • Assist with inventory organization, counting, and quality control.
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently while ensuring equipment is secured properly.
  • Report damaged or missing equipment to management.

Driving Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company box trucks and vehicles.
  • Safely tow and maneuver company trailers.
  • Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups throughout the service area.
  • Perform weekly transfer runs between warehouse locations, including transporting inventory between the New Orleans warehouse and other company facilities.
  • Complete vehicle inspections before and after each trip and immediately report any maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
