Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) for a 13-week local contract assignment in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

This role is ideal for an EP professional with at least 2 years of recent electrophysiology experience who is comfortable supporting complex cardiac electrophysiology procedures in an acute-care hospital environment.

The Electrophysiology Technologist will work closely with electrophysiologists, nurses, anesthesia staff, and other cardiovascular professionals to support diagnostic and interventional EP procedures. Candidates should have strong experience with standard EP cases as well as advanced procedures involving left bundle branch pacing, Watchman devices, pulsed field ablation, and leadless cardiac devices.

Key Responsibilities

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist electrophysiologists during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prepare the electrophysiology laboratory, equipment, supplies, and patient for scheduled procedures.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support cardiac mapping, ablation, device implantation, and other electrophysiology procedures.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist with catheter placement and procedural equipment within the scope of practice.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Monitor patients throughout procedures and promptly communicate changes in clinical status.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support sterile technique and maintain a safe procedural environment.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist with vascular access setup, procedural supplies, and equipment preparation.

Required Advanced EP Experience

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

Schedule Requirements
