Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager focused on electronics repair services for the U.S. Navy and NAVSUP (Naval Supply System). The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of naval logistics and electronics systems, along with extensive experience in electronic troubleshooting and repair.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's market presence within the naval electronics repair sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the U.S. Navy and NAVSUP, ensuring alignment with their logistics and maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in military electronics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service offerings meet established standards and specifications.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing our electronic repair capabilities and benefits.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance against objectives, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay current with industry regulations, compliance standards, and advancements in technology related to naval electronics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in business development or technical roles within the electronics repair industry, particularly focused on naval systems.
  • Proven knowledge of and connections in naval logistics and the operational requirements of the U.S. Navy.
  • Background in electronic troubleshooting and repair, with hands-on experience in both through-hole and surface mount soldering.
