This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manual and CNC production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance, supports new equipment installations and upgrades, and ensures safe, reliable operation of all plant machinery. The position requires hands-on work with high-voltage systems, preventive maintenance tasks, and collaboration with other maintenance and production team members.

Work EnvironmentYou will work in a manufacturing facility alongside one other maintenance technician, collaborating closely and reporting into a structured maintenance organization. The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional work on Fridays as needed to support production and maintenance demands. The environment can be louder at times, particularly in manufacturing areas, and you will work around operating machinery, CNC equipment, and various plant systems such as heating, cooling, and test equipment. You will use and be exposed to chemicals as described in Material Safety Data Sheets and are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and hearing protection, when in manufacturing areas. The role involves both seated and active work, including occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more, and requires adherence to safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and other established safety protocols.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
