Job title: PCA Repair Technician

Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Pay Rate: $35/hr
Location: Everett, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years of PCA (Printed Circuit Assembly) troubleshooting and repair experience
- Component-level repair and troubleshooting experience
- Strong soldering skills and/or soldering certifications
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams
- Experience identifying and troubleshooting electronic components
- Hands-on experience using:
- Soldering irons
- Digital multimeters
- Oscilloscopes
- Basic hand tools
Plusses:
- Experience with PCA calibration processes
- Exposure to test fixtures and calibration jigs
- Manufacturing, electronics repair, or test technician background
- Experience working in a team-based engineering environment
Day-to-Day:
- Perform component-level repairs on PCAs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic assemblies and circuit boards
- Read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams to identify faults
- Use soldering equipment to repair and replace components
- Support PCA calibration activities before assemblies are integrated into final products
- Work closely with a team of approximately 5 engineers and technicians
- Utilize fixtures and test jigs to assist with troubleshooting and calibration
- Help increase repair throughput and support production goals
