As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our market presence and drive strategic revenue growth.

What You'll Do
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and growing revenue across high-reliability electronics markets.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue within military, medical, industrial, and other high-reliability electronics markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for PCB assembly and related manufacturing services.
  • Manage customer relationships from initial introduction through production launch and ongoing account growth.
  • Partner with engineering, estimating, quality, and operations teams to develop winning proposals and solutions.
  • Represent Circuit Spring at customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve annual sales and growth objectives.

Requirements
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of business development, account management, or technical sales experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or PCB assembly.
  • Proven success selling into military/defense and medical device markets.
  • Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes, manufacturing capabilities, and quality requirements.
  • Experience working with OEMs, contract manufacturers, or electronic product developers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple opportunities independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of IPC standards and electronics manufacturing best practices.
  • Familiarity with military specifications, aerospace quality systems, or FDA-regulated medical manufacturing environments.
  • Established network of contacts within OEMs, defense contractors, or medical device manufacturers.
