Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our production team in Marshall, MN. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to accurately follow work instructions, procedures, and prints. You will perform precision assembly of electronic components in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Previous electronics assembly, wiring, or soldering experience is highly preferred and may qualify candidates for a higher starting wage.


Requirements:

  • Manual hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • 20/20 Vision with correction; Ability to discern between colors, no color blindness
  • Basic math and manual time tracking for efficiencies
  • Self motivation, good attendance and follow all company policies
  • Read, understand and follow procedures, instructions, prints and write legibly (English)
  • Experience with soldering and electronics component assembly is highly preferred and may increase starting wage
  • Handle occasional pressure with deadlines maintain focus and retain learned processes
  • This position is subject to the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or the EAR (Export Administration Regulations. Candidates must qualify as a US Person ( US Citizens or Green Card holders) according to U.S. Federal law.
