Location: Austin, TX 

Facility: Seton Administrative Offices

Department: Associate and Occupational Health 

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday- Friday, Days 

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Patient Care & Assisting: Assist physicians and registered nurses with patient examinations, intake interviews, vitals measurement, and ordered treatments.

  • Clinical Clearance Operations: Process Return to Work authorization checklists and workflows for associates returning from leaves of absence.

  • Exam Room & Inventory Management: Prepare and maintain clean treatment rooms and manage medical inventory by ordering and stocking supplies.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient charts, file medical records, answer phone calls, and handle basic clerical duties.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
