Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $18.00hr - $23.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience or Associate’s Degree in Electronics.
  • Associate degree in Electronics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Electronics Theory.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings at a basic level.
  • Basic level of troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in the use of Power Supplies (Low/High Voltage up to 1000V).
  • Proficiency with Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Frequency Generators, and Variable Resistive Loads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows 10, XP, and Windows 2000.
  • Basic level ability to run and understand software scripts.
  • Experience with SAP and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift (02:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical duties in functional areas including electronic, mechanical, or systems.
  • Complete tests, measurements, operations, and process controls.
  • Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
  • Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
  • Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.
  • Maintain production tools and equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.
  • Read blueprints and identify components.
  • Perform wire preparation, stripping, and crimping.
  • Perform harness repair and termination.
  • Use pertinent manual hand tools.
  • Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation, and programming.
  • Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
  • Follow written technical procedures.
