Description
Spiral Solutions is seeking an electronics Technician to join our team! The Electronics Technician will support the troubleshooting, repair and testing of electronic assemblies (RF and communications systems) in support of military customer.
This is an excellent opportunity for both early-career technicians (including recent graduates) and those with 2-5 years of experience looking to grow in a mission-driven, technical environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • - Diagnose and repair RF and communications electronic equipment.
  • - Operate and interpret results from electronic test equipment, including:
    Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Functions Generators, Spectrum Analyzers
  • - Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
  • - Conduct component-level (board-level) repairs, including removal and replacement of electronic components.
  • - Perform functional testing and validation of repaired equipment.
  • - Document repair actions, findings and test results accurately.
  • - Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications
  • - Basic to intermediate knowledge of electronics repair and troubleshooting.
  • - Ability to solder and de-solder electronic components with precision.
  • - Familiarity with standard electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
  • - Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • - High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • - 2-5 years of hands-on electronics repair experience.
  • - Formal training in electronics (trade school, associate degree, military or equivalent).
  • - Experience with RF systems or communications equipment.
  • - Soldering certifications (e.g., IPC standards).

Essential Functions
  • - Must pass drug screening and background check.
  • - Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
  • - Maintain positive and professional communication with clients, coworkers and management.
  • - Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. and over 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • - Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the workday.
  • - Routine travel is not required.
