Picture your first day: you step into a clean, climate-controlled production floor where precision matters and teamwork fuels every milestone. During your training on first shift, you’ll learn to assemble electronic parts, cables, and wire harnesses using hand tools, follow build instructions, and help keep the workspace safe and organized. After training, you’ll transition to second shift where you’ll contribute to a steady production rhythm and grow your skills.

What You’ll Tackle
  • Assemble electronic parts, cables, and wire harnesses using hand tools.
  • Follow production instructions and quality standards to meet daily goals.
  • Support a tidy, safe, and well-organized work area.
Pay & Schedule
  • Training – 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $15.00/hour
  • Regular – 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | $16.50/hour ($15.00 base + $1.50 shift differential)
  • Overtime: Be ready for mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays based on production needs.
