What You Will Do
  • Support firmware development and integration for Electronic Systems (ES) and Electronic Assemblies (EA) performance.
  • Lead government Electronic Warfare performance testing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all firmware development and debugging activities for Electronic Assemblies (EA).
  • Determine what the requirements should be for a product or system based on information from the customer and provide traceability for these requirements.
  • Capture requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents.
Qualifications
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Electronic Warfare, Radar systems design, and Requirements engineering.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture, SysML, digital thread concepts, MBSE with DevSecOps).
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for reports and presentations.
  • Experience with Modeling and Simulation, agile DevSecOps delivery pipelines, software development principles, digital thread concepts and realization in the development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management experience.

Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD (good faith estimate).
