Who You Are
As a Security Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other technicians to ensure systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
What You'll Do
  • Install, configure, and maintain electronic security systems (e.g., cameras, alarms, access control).
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot system malfunctions and repair or replace defective components.
  • Collaborate with clients to explain system operations and provide basic training.
  • Maintain detailed service records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

What You Bring
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electronic security system installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and networking basics.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
