  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, engineering technician work, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of basic analog and digital electronics and electrical measurement techniques.
  • Hands-on experience using common electronic test and measurement equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
  • Good soldering, rework, assembly, and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document technical information accurately.
