Job description

Electronic Engineering Technician - Direct Hire Opportunity

All shifts available

·         2nd = 3:30p -12a

·         3rd = 11:30p-8a

$24-$28 /hour pay - 10% shift diff for 2nd and 3rd
The Engineering Technician will optimize test processes, support new product introductions, and maintain testing equipment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Support production in resolving process and equipment issues

·         Perform daily preventive maintenance of SMT equipment

·         Work with Field Service Support to resolve equipment issues and perform upgrades

·         Fabricate and maintain manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and other tooling

·         Compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment process and machine health

·         Create profile boards, profiles, and set up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow ovens

·         Perform machine calibrations and diagnostics

·         Maintain PM software system, parts inventory, and order parts

o    Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred

·         1 year experience in a related field required

·         Experience with SMT equipment preferred

·         Physical requirements: Ability to lift/carry 25-50lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
