We pride ourselves on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where every employee is valued and can grow with the company.  We are looking for a thorough and detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join our Production Team and our thriving workplace culture. Job Summary: An Electronic Assembly Technician works to assemble, package/crate and ship products and to assist with diagnostics and soldering functions at a level which satisfies the high-quality standards of Cubiscan and our customers.  Key Responsibilities:Performs general assembly of products, both during design phase and final production. Ensures quality and functionality requirements are met. Packages, crates, and ships goods. Cleans production area and organizes raw material inventory. Circuit board soldering. Conducts diagnostics and troubleshooting on boards and electronics. Communicates engineering change orders and assembly. Must be willing to travel up to two weeks out of the month to help with installationsOther duties and tasks as needed. Education and Experience: High school degree or higher. Prior electro-mechanical assembly and/or electronic/electrical experience is preferred.Soldering skills, preferably in surface mounts. Electronic problem-solving and diagnostic ability. Basic mechanical assembly skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy and strong eye/hand coordination and dexterity skills. Dependable, adaptable, and teachable. Ability to lift equipment of different weights 30 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally. Ability to perform multiple tasks while keeping organized, focusing on priorities and being productive. Self-motivated, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently after training.
