Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

The Production Associate supports multiple stations within the production area, working with cable connectors of various sizes as well as plastic and metal components. In this role, you measure and prepare cabling according to blueprints, handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform precise assembly tasks that require strong attention to detail. You will be cross-trained on different processes throughout the facility to support a consistent and high-quality production workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Support the production team across several stations as part of an assembly line environment.
  • Work with a variety of cable connectors, including plastic and metal components, to complete assembly tasks.
  • Measure cables accurately using measuring tape and ensure all work adheres to blueprints and process documents.
  • Carry and handle cabling and related materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Perform general labor and production duties, including assembly and basic manufacturing tasks.
  • Use hand tools to cut, crimp, and prepare wire and cable connectors according to specifications.
  • Apply basic electrical and wiring knowledge to electronic assembly tasks as needed.
  • Follow detailed drawings and process documents to complete orders on time and to quality standards.
  • Maintain precision and attention to detail in all tasks to ensure correct and reliable product output.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit commercial team of approximately 16 members to support a consistent workflow.
Essential Skills
  • Manufacturing labor experience of at least 6 months.
  • Experience in production, general labor, and assembly work.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency using measuring tape to measure parts and cables accurately.
  • Basic electrical knowledge, including wiring and electronic assembly fundamentals.
